Ashley Jansen, RN, Recruiter
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Ryan graduated from nursing school in 2017 and spent six years working as an ER nurse. He has since transitioned into his current role as an after-hours triage and transfer center nurse, plus he works at Revitalized, where he serves as a recruiter. Ryan is married to his wife, Hannah, an Acute Care
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Ryan graduated from nursing school in 2017 and spent six years working as an ER nurse. He has since transitioned into his current role as an after-hours triage and transfer center nurse, plus he works at Revitalized, where he serves as a recruiter. Ryan is married to his wife, Hannah, an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a local pulmonary group, where she manages patients in the ICU. Before this role, Hannah was an ICU nurse, and together they traveled in 2021, working in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Spokane, Washington. After their travel assignments, Ryan continued local travel nursing while Hannah completed her schooling.
The couple shares a vibrant family life with their 2-year-old son, Owen, and their two dogs, Titan and Riley. They are also eagerly expecting a daughter early next year. Outside of work, the family enjoys watching sports, enjoying children's shows and movies with Owen, exercising, cooking, and spending as much quality time together as possible. They also lead a plant-based and mostly vegan lifestyle, which adds a unique aspect to their everyday lives.

A 2013 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Nursing, Ashley began her career in high-intensity environments, spending three years as a Level 1 trauma ER nurse. After completing a few local travel contracts,
Ashley Jansen, BSN, RN, originally hails from Alabama but has called Louisville, Kentucky, home for the past 25 years. A 2013 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Nursing, Ashley began her career in high-intensity environments, spending three years as a Level 1 trauma ER nurse. After completing a few local travel contracts, she sought a change of pace and transitioned into PACU nursing, where she has continued to work across different facilities ever since.
Currently, Ashley works PRN between Louisville, KY, and San Francisco, CA, where she has been traveling for work over the past six years. She refers to her San Francisco role as having "golden handcuffs," as it’s a location she’s happily tied to for the foreseeable future. Now, as a recruiter with Revitalized Solutions, Ashley is eager to support others in reaching their travel nursing goals—whether for adventure, financial reasons, family, or simply a change of scenery. She is passionate about helping nurses achieve their dreams!
